Sleeps 8+2. Basic four bedroom holiday home. Two double and two twin bedded rooms plus sofa bed in lounge for extra persons. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet and additional shower room with sink. Separate toilet. Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer. Heating in lounge and bedrooms. No pets. Please note accommodation interiors and exteriors may vary. Chalets include colour TV, microwave, oven and toaster. Electricity by way of card meter. Bed linen provided. Parking alongside holiday home apart from some Daytonas, Beach Suites and Savannahs where parking areas are nearby.

- What is the takeover time for accommodation at Hemsby Beach and Summerfields?
- The usual time is 4pm and accommodation must be vacated by 9.30am on your departure day.
- Can I take my dog on my Richardson’s holiday?
- Dogs are only allowed at Hemsby Beach and Summerfields and only in the specific pet chalets. There is a charge of £30 per week and £15 per short break for pets.

- Yes, these cost £10 each to hire.
