Just a few minutes’ walk from Hemsby Beach Holiday Park, The Lacon Arms serves traditional pub fare, with a new menu launched in 2017. Competing for your appetite is starters, pub classics, sharing platters, chicken meals, pizza, grill, burgers and more! The pub also has a range of real ales, lagers and wines on their drinks menu, as well as several seating areas indoors and out. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, and water bowls are available for parched pups! The pub also offers a children’s menu and outdoor play area for the kids, so you can relax in the sea air whilst the kids enjoy the pirate boat!

Just a stone’s throw from the Lacon Arms is Hemsby Beach Cafe, a delightful local cafe serving a selection of favourites, from chips to fry ups to delicious cakes! So close to the beach that you can step in off the sand, this cafe is a great pit stop during a day at the beach for a fantastic value for money lunch for the kids in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Plus, the Hemsby Beach Lifeboat station is next door with a shop – definitely worth a visit!

The Two Way Café on Beach Road is also a great option for light bites when searching for where to eat in Hemsby, serving a selection of café fair with vegetarian and gluten free options available. Breakfast is recommended by its customers, and the service comes with high praises. Serving value for money café food in an American diner setting, this café is usually open all year round, with extended opening times in the summer months. Choose from small, big, mega and vege breakfasts, as well as desserts, main meals including chips and chicken burgers. Coffee and tea is also available, as well as soft drinks and hot chocolate.
