Shopping in Wroxham and Hoveton
Shopping in Wroxham and Hoveton is, undoubtedly, almost exclusive to Roy’s of Wroxham. With several different shops located around the villages, from a children’s toy shop to groceries, a garden centre to DIY, there’s plenty to shop for in the popular Broads villages.
Roy’s of Wroxham
Family run since 1895, Roy’s has several locations across Norfolk and Suffolk – but their highest concentration is located in the ‘capital of the Broads’, Wroxham with a total of 6 stores, which you can find out more about below!
Roy’s Food Hall
Roy’s Food Hall is a great place to stock up on groceries when staying at Hemsby Beach Holiday Park, as we are a self-catering site. With a greengrocer, butchery, baker, delicatessen counter and much, much more, the Food Hall has all of your grocery shopping needs under one roof. It also houses fashion and footwear and a McDonald’s restaurant.
Roy’s Department Store
The department store, across the road from the Food Hall, stocks all the usual suspects. From ladieswear to curtains, haberdashery to home appliances as well as some pretty home décor items, this is worth a look – you may even find your new favourite piece for home! There’s also a pharmacy, just in case.
Bound to be a favourite with the kids, Roy’s Toys sells all of their heart’s desires, including dolls and their accessories to pocket-money treats they can buy themselves. There are also character toys, soft teddies, Lego, Playmobil and more! Plus, games and puzzles are also on offer for a family night in at the caravan when staying with us at Hemsby Beach Holiday Park – great for some quality family time.
