Whether you visit the gym more often than not or you aim for 3 days a week, our Fitness Room is the perfect space to get some sets in. With all the usual suspects, including a treadmill, cross trainer and a stationary bike, we also have free weights and a functional trainer so you’ve got the basics on hand to keep fit on holiday!*
Plus, nearby is our brilliant indoor heated pool, so if you’re more of a swimmer than a gym-er you can get some lengths in!

Our inflatable Body Zorbs are tons of fun – and that’s even before you get stuck in to our fun games! Inside these inflatable balls, you can play anything from Zoccer (where tackling is encouraged!) to sumo wrestling and Pac-Man! Find out more now!

A popular sport around the word, soccer (known in the UK as football) uses endurance, problem solving, team work and strength to win the match! Our brilliant Panna Soccer pitches are inflatable, and the only difference is you’ll probably work in smaller teams in order to try and beat your opponents! Read more here.
Designed especially for 3 – 7-year olds, our GO Juniors sessions are great to help introduce kids to the world of exercise in a fun and engaging way!
For mini pirates, try Pirates Paradise! With games and treasure hunts, our pirate themed sessions see your little pirates making their own treasure maps!
For young Robin Hoods, our Robin Hood Juniors session will be the perfect fit! A great way to introduce younger children to Archery, our Robin Hood Juniors session sees little ones learning the basics of using bows and arrows as well as the legend of Robin Hood and his merry men!
More of a musketeer? Our Mini Musketeers sessions introduces younger kids to the world of Fencing and sword fighting!
We also run our Wild Wild West session, which is a fun cowboys and Indians themed session. Plus, for those wanting to learn how to ride a bicycle, we have Balanceability which introduces kids to the world of 2 wheels!
